Volunteer Signup for SABF 2024
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2024 Seattle Art Book Fair (Sat, May 11 – Sun, May 12 at Washington Hall, 153 14th Ave, Seattle). As a tiny all-volunteer-driven nonprofit we really appreciate it — we couldn't do it without your help!

This is a quick form to gather a few details, particularly your contact information, times available, and volunteering interests.

The fair is open to the public: 
  • Sat, May 11 from 11 am – 6 pm
  • Sun, May 12 from 11 am – 5 pm

Both Saturday and Sunday are split into several shifts, lasting between 2–3 hours. Some shifts (particularly morning and evening) include more physical labor (setting up and taking down tables, removing trash, etc). Other shifts involve more general assistance for visitors — answering questions, pointing folks in the right direction, etc. Volunteers may also be asked to monitor tables for exhibitors who need a break or who are participating in programming at the fair.

Additionally we have a Launch Party/Fundraiser that takes place on Friday, May 10, from 6–9pm (location TBD). We are also looking for a few volunteers to help us out that evening. 

We'll have a Volunteer Orientation Meeting a week before the fair at which we can discuss details and answer any questions.

We're looking for volunteers at our Friday night launch event/fundraiser. Please indicate if you're available for any of the volunteer shifts below.
