Join Karl Burgi and Nigel Cook on a tour of 2 elite Wisconsin dairy herds with a passion for cow comfort and lameness prevention!
 
Your hosts and the herd owners will guide you through the decisions made that impact hoof health, resting behavior, and productivity – from retrofitting old facilities and converting from mattress to deep sand stalls, to ventilation improvements and the construction of new facilities with mechanical ventilation to minimize heat stress – these herds have done it all! You will come away from the tour inspired and empowered to reduce lameness on yours and your client’s farms!

Price = $115, includes lunch and transportation
