We are seeking vendors to be part of our second annual festival. If you are interested, please complete the application below by April 22, 2018.  Spaces are limited! All fees are due within two weeks upon submission of application.

**All food vendors must obtain a temporary food permit from Multnomah County Health Department, 503.988.3400. All forms for the temporary food permit must be submitted by June 14th. Alcohol Sales: 2 spaces available in the VIP area
If you are selling alcohol, you will need a liquor license.  If you need further clarification, please call 503-872-6366. 10’ X 15’ for $500
