If you have a pet that has lost their way you can report them here. We can help look for them or notify you if we did pick up an animal up that matches your pet's description. This form will be available 24/7 and will be checked regularly during regular business hours. If you believe your pet was stolen, please contact the Portsmouth Police Department at 740-353-4101 to file a report. Please be aware that this form is only for City of Portsmouth residents.
