In submitting your information, you allow us to use and publish any statements, comments or reviews you provide, including your name or other identifier, on various channels including print and electronic formats, which include Tala’s social media platforms, advertisements, website testimonials, and other promotional materials (whether currently in use or later developed). We may present your statements, comments, or reviews at our discretion and in a manner that helps us promote and market our products and services. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where your statements, comments, or reviews appear. Tala will not modify your statements, comments, or reviews in a manner that is inconsistent with your message. You agree that you will make no claim for compensation for Tala’s use of your name, statements, comments, or reviews.

Submission of your Tala Story and additional information is completely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent or request the removal of your statements from our marketing channels at any time by contacting us directly at press@tala.co.
