Greetings, registered participants!

Contribute to our progress around our nine SAA - LIS venues by entering your swim, bike, run, walk, cancer treatment hours, or the activity of your choice! Raise funds through your Swim Across America personal fundraising portal. Check out our SAA Facebook and Instagram accounts for social media challenges along the way for extra mileage boosts!

Here's how to log your activity:

- The form below will capture your participant information and activity to contribute towards your team's progress.
- Activities may be logged by actual distance or elapsed time.
- For example, if you hike 7 miles, log by distance. If distance is unknown, log by time!

- Report your activity as frequently as you would like.
- DAILY: If you would like to track your activity on a daily basis, visit this link daily
- WEEKLY: If you would like to add activities for an entire week, visit this link weekly
- MONTHLY: If you would like to add your total monthly activity miles/hours, visit this link once a month.
