Rhea is no longer taking new clients, but we have a wonderful team of 3 insight oriented therapists and you can see their full details on the website. This practice only works with clients online (video/phone sessions).

Appointment procedure: You will be allotted a therapist based on the match of your needs, timings and availability with the therapist's schedule. This can take up to 6 months depending on this match of timings. Our practice has high demand and the therapists at the practice are full and only accept new clients when old clients end. 

Once you register your interest, you will be contacted by Samir, the office administrator, via email to confirm your interest after which he will contact you via phone to offer you an appointment. You will get 24 hours to confirm your appointment. If it is not confirmed, the slot will be passed on to another client.

Once you sign the contract, in order to confirm your initial appointment, you will be required to transfer the fee 24 hours before the session time. The contract will include the cancellation policy, therapeutic boundaries and all other information needed to create a holding space for you. Each individual therapist has their own unique contract.

The fee for the first session is as listed on the therapist's profile and is non-negotiable. Questions about fees and affordability can be discussed in the first session with your therapist and a reduced fee is subject to availability in their schedule. Low cost slots usually fill fast so kindly bear that in mind.

Please note: We are not a crisis centre. We are unable to offer emergency appointments quickly within the month/week. We work with more chronic distress, rather than acute crisis. If you feel you are actively suicidal or feel in complete crisis we recommend contacting iCall, Samaritans or Asra emergency helplines and not putting your name on the waiting list because getting an appointment will take time.
