T-West Schedule Change Request 
Hello, Chargers! 

This form is to request schedule changes for the Spring 2025 semester. Counselors will reach out to you once you have made a request. You only need to fill out this request ONCE!

Reason for a schedule change:
  1. Academic misplacement: Student is placed in wrong level of class or is placed in a class and does not meet the pre-requisite, or already completed a class and rescheduled for it again. 
  2. Student is missing a core course: Math, Science, History, English.
  3. Student is missing a graduation requirement. 
  4. Student has an open hour in their schedule. 
  5. Student would like to move into or out of Honors level courses (this includes AP and concurrent credit).
Please keep in mind:
  • Please do not submit more than one request. Students will be seen in order of request. 
  • Please do not email your counselor about your request; we are only using the request form and you will be contacted by your counselor in the order of your request via school e-mail.
