This form is to request schedule changes for the Spring 2025 semester. Counselors will reach out to you once you have made a request. You only need to fill out this request ONCE!
Reason for a schedule change:
- Academic misplacement: Student is placed in wrong level of class or is placed in a class and does not meet the pre-requisite, or already completed a class and rescheduled for it again.
- Student is missing a core course: Math, Science, History, English.
- Student is missing a graduation requirement.
- Student has an open hour in their schedule.
- Student would like to move into or out of Honors level courses (this includes AP and concurrent credit).
Please keep in mind:
- Please do not submit more than one request. Students will be seen in order of request.
- Please do not email your counselor about your request; we are only using the request form and you will be contacted by your counselor in the order of your request via school e-mail.
