2026 Trunk or Treat (during Fall Fest)
The PTO is so excited to once again host the Plainville Schools Trunk or Treat for students in grades Pre K - 6 on Sunday, October 25th, 2-4pm.   Trunk or Treat remains free to attend but now takes place during Fall Festival to help fundraise! To participate in Fall Fest, wristbands are $10 per child, max of $25 per family, we will have games, activities and other fun surprises.

TRUNKS:  We are in need of TRUNKS to make this a fun and successful event.  Please fill out the information below if you are interested in decorating a truck.  Please complete by Monday, October 12th.  

CORI: If you are planning on doing a trunk or volunteering, please be aware that you must have an updated check on file. Please be sure to stop by either Wood or Jackson office with a photo ID 2 weeks prior to event to complete the form, please have completed by 10/12 to be safe.

CANDY/GIVEAWAYS: Please consider non candy items for those students with allergies and/or dietary restrictions.  While it is difficult to predict how many trick or treaters we will have, please plan on approximately 300 children.  We will have a back up of candy to provide as well.  

SET UP: Will begin at 1pm, you can arrive earlier if needed but 1pm start time for set up will be firm this year.  Last year it was way too dangerous with kids running around while parents were setting up and people trying to park.  (more details to be sent via email by Monday 10/19). We will provide you information on where to park and set up.  

OTHER WAYS TO HELP:  We also would welcome support & help in the following ways!
- Donations of candy, non-candy treats such as pencils, stickers, bracelets, etc 
- Volunteers to help greet families at welcome table, a floater to get trunks any candy refills and help monitor the entrance to the school for bathrooms.
