Looking for summer housing? Come stay at the Zeta Beta Tau mansion this summer. We are located in Brookline at 58 Manchester Road and pride ourselves in keeping the house clean, organized, and comfortable all summer long.
Perks of the house include:- Multiple common spaces, including the main common room, the chapter room with a large TV, study room, an in-house gym, and a game room - Industrial kitchen, with large refrigerators and pantry- Indoor bike storage- Proximity to plentiful food options in Brookline and Allston- Free MIT WiFi- Free in-house washers and dryers- Flexibility in regards to partial stays (you won't have to pay the full price if you're staying half the summer)
- Parking available upon request for summer residents
- 5 minute walk from the Green Line
- 10 minute bike ride from Harvard
- 15 minute walk from Coolidge Corner
Rooms will include:
- Twin bed
- Desk
- Dresser
- Window AC unit
- some rooms may also have couches
Note: The house may be Co-Ed over summer
Move in Day: 5/31/2026 (Sunday)
Move out Day: 8/14/2026 (Friday)
The above dates are pretty strict; however, in some rare cases we might be able to move the date by a day or two.
Pricing (per person for whole summer):
- Single: $4000
- Double: $3100
- Triple: $2500
The full fee for the summer will be paid before moving in.
We will hire professional cleaners before the move in date as well as periodically throughout the summer to ensure our house is clean for the residents.
This form is non-binding and we will reach out to you once it is completed. Note we do not guarantee housing upon completion of the form.
Housing Option Closes 5/15/2026 (must fill out form and confirm housing by that date).
