After you fill out this order request, a member of our team will book in your collection using the information provided; so please check the information is correct.

Once we have booked in your collection we will send over a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

If you have a printer, we will also attach your label(s) which you will need to print off and stick on each parcel.

Our collection service is available for locations within the UK only. Free collections are offered for the first parcel for items with an estimated total value of £250 or more. This applies whether the total value is met by a single item or multiple items. 

Regarding safety and weight limits, please ensure that no single parcel weighs more than 20kg. Due to lifting regulations, any parcel exceeding this weight will incur a handling fee. Additionally, any parcels beyond the first will be charged at a rate of approximately 60p per 1kg.

For collections not meeting this estimate, a charge applies: £12.00 for one parcel up to 10kg. Additional parcels will be charged approximately 60p per 1kg.

Please do not hand over any money to the driver, we cover the initial cost and will deduct this from the monies raised at the end of the sale when necessary. Please be aware on rare occasions the driver may ask you to open your parcel to show them what is inside, this is normal and for security reasons.

Items are not insured so it is important that you prepare your items carefully. We recommend wrapping each bottle individually in several layers of bubble-wrap. If bottles have boxes or containers, please fill the void inside and ensure there’s no movement. A strong heavy duty box is recommended to carry the wrapped items. Again, please fill the voids to prevent movement.

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the tracking information provided for your shipment. If you have not been notified by us that your parcel has not been received after 72 hours please contact us immediately.  

If you are offered a free collection and you set a reserve price for your item, please note if the reserve is not met and you wish for the item(s) to be returned to you, the collection fee will be payable. If you need to return an item for any other reason after it has been collected, the collection fee will also apply. Please remember that returns can only be made to the original collection address.

Collections are an all-day appointment and are only available on weekdays. We recommend Monday-Thursday as parcels are usually delivered to us the day after they are collected. If collections are on a Friday, you run the risk of having your parcel sit in a hub for the weekend.

If you are filling this form out between Friday evening & Sunday Evening, please do not choose Monday for the collection date as there is not enough time for us to book it in.

Once we have received this form, a member of our team will be in touch with a confirmation email. On this email you will find printable labels, a tracking number and a link to follow your consignment(s). Please print the attached labels. The label with three barcodes is for you to stick on to the parcel(s). The label with one barcode is for the driver.
If you do not have a printer, there will be an additional £5.50 charge.  Please choose a collection date 4 working days in advance to allow for the labels to be created and posted to you. Labels are sent first class Royal Mail.

As soon as we receive your parcel(s), a member of our team will notify you by email. In due course, using the information above we will create you an account on our website: https://www.whisky-onlineauctions.com Once this has been created, you will receive an automated email with a link to create your own password ready to view your item(s). Please note your item(s) will only appear in your account area under (Items For Sale) once our auction has gone live.

Please note we will only use this information to book in your collections with DHL and to set up a sellers account on our website. https://www.whisky-onlineauctions.com From your account, you will be able to track your item(s) for sale. It is important to understand item(s) will only appear in your account once our auction has gone live on the given date at 8pm.
