Please make sure to follow the examples that are given to assure we get the proper information.  The timelines, entry fees and payouts listed have been proven to be successful to draw in teams and to be financially successful.  *Events are approved on a first come first serve basis. All cookoffs must be booked by November 1st for the current season that ends Dec 31st and no additional ancillaries may be added 30 days prior to an event date after November 1st.
