Principals should complete this form to nominate staff for SIS RAD roles. A description of the access conferred for each role and the training needed, is outlined below.

SIS Coach - Teacher-facing role to support. Training includes Attendance, Gradebook, Behavior Referrals, and RTII. RECOMMENDED for TEACHERS. Training is synchronous and asynchronous.

SIS Attendance Support - Access to Attendance Module, including reconciling attendance, pulling reports. Training entails a 20-minute asynchronous webinar.

SIS Enrollment Support - Access Census Module, registration/OLR process, and attendance reconciliation. Training is synchronous and asynchronous.

Attendance Designee - Access to create MTSS/RTII Plans. View only to attendance and reports. Training entails a 30-minute asynchronous training webinar. Approval reviewed with Office of Attendance and Truancy.

Dean - Access to resolve behavior referrals. Training entails a series of three asynchronous webinars.
