Openbay is hiring Customer Acquisition Marketing Specialists to join our rapidly growing team. This role will drive acquisition and retention marketing efforts for our consumer marketplace and business SaaS products.
What You’ll Do
• Lead acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels.• Build the strategic roadmap for new growth marketing tactics that can diversify and expand Openbay’s acquisition channels.• Design and execute our paid, direct-response campaigns across paid social, search, and video channels, working with agency support when applicable.• Identify, analyze and scale existing customer acquisition channels which will improve and optimize acquisition performance.• Create and execute strategies and testing schedules that drive consistent, incremental improvements through feedback & iteration.• Develop and maintain acquisition marketing KPI reports and budgets.• Work with product and engineering teams to champion product and technology-led opportunities.• Collaborate in other areas of marketing and business development.

Our ideal candidate has:
• 2+ years of customer acquisition marketing experience.• Demonstrable customer acquisition experience in scaling within SMB.• Experience working with HubSpot, salesforce or other CRM tools.• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content optimization.• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.• Energetic and collaborative team member able to work with the team to achieve company objectives.• A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
