The SAT Prep Course will be held in-person at John Hay Campus throughout the Fall and for a few weeks in the Spring. Most sessions will fall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm with three testing sessions on Saturday mornings. Some sessions may be implemented remotely via Zoom. This will require a computer with microphone, camera, and high speed internet access. If a student needs help obtaining this equipment, please contact Mrs. Sells at
sjl12@case.eduWe will select up to 25 students to receive the scholarship. The scholarship includes all materials as well as tuition to attend the class.
You will be required to arrive to the class ON TIME and be prepared with pencils, erasers, calculator, and provided course materials that includes a textbook, a binder and ruled paper. Tardiness and absenteeism are reason for dismissal from the program.
HOMEWORK: You will have access to online coursework and will be receiving assignments to complete as homework between classes. Students should check their SAT Google classroom on a daily basis for announcements from their instructors.
Homework will be completed in the provided textbooks and online. It is imperative that you check your emails regularly as you will be receiving important instructions from the instructor regarding your weekly assignments.
Completing the course – These courses prepare you for great success on the SAT test. In order for the course to work for you, you have to do the work.
Each student will be registered to take the official December 4th SAT test. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to participate in this testing with the hope of maximizing your official score.
