Rules and Regulations acknowledgement
The guidelines set forth in the LPHS 2022-2023 Cheer Rules and Regulations have been established with the goals of safety, clear communication between coaches, athletes and parents, and fairness to all squad members. By signing this contract, the athlete and parents indicate knowledge of the contents of this contract, including the potential risks involved, knowledge of the Lewis-Palmer Activities Rules and Regulations and the willingness to abide by them. By signing below the athlete has parent permission to participate in LP Cheer clinics and tryouts April 14-16th 2022.

Parent/Cheerleader Mandatory meeting
Once your child makes the squad there will be a mandatory parent/cheerleader meeting to welcome and congratulate the new 2022-2023 squad members April 16th at 4PM. At this meeting we will discuss payment plans, fundraisers, camp, and team protocols. The first payment of $450 will be due at this time.
