The Archdiocese is seeking a pilot parish to start a Catholic Mental Health ministry as outlined by the Association of Catholic Mental Health Ministers. This is NOT therapy nor mental health care and is a spiritual support group. If your parish were to have a Mental Health Ministry, would you want to help? https://catholicmhm.org/ *
Would you be willing to help with a mental health ministry that is not at your parish but near your parish? *
What does your parish currently do to support those struggling with mental health challenges? *
What mental health resources do you think people at your parish desire?
Is there a Catholic therapist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional whom you recommend? (Please include contact information or website if you have it). If you are a Mental Health Professional, please fill out this survey as well.
