City Sprouts host signature Farmers Markets on the first Saturday of even months and thematic green eco markets. Our Farmers Market aims to draw a strong following from people who are interested in organic produce and artisanal merchandise. We welcome all varieties such as Vegetables, Seafood, Cheese, Beverages, Marmalade, Bread, Bakes, Chocolates, Desserts, Flatwares, Ornamental Plants, everything and anything!

  • 26 Oct, Saturday (Night Market - Halloween theme, 5pm-9pm) @ City Sprouts Henderson
  • 2 Nov, Saturday (Plantopia) @ City Sprouts Punggol
  • 7 Dec, Saturday (Forest Festival) @ City Sprouts Pasir Ris
Types of set-up (Subjected to curation by City Sprouts):

Indoor Booth - $150 fee
Located indoor air-condition area. Vendor will get 1 Table & 2 Chairs. Extra 50cm gap space for brand standee/own display extension. No cash transaction, all digital payment via City Sprouts assigned QR code that collects payment via DBS Max App. 100% sales revenue reimburse back to vendor.

Outdoor Booth - $150 fee
Located outdoor, shaded area with Fan. Vendor will get 1 Table & 2 Chairs. Extra 50cm gap space for brand standee/own display extension. No cash transaction, all digital payment via City Sprouts assigned QR code that collects payment via DBS Max App. 100% sales revenue reimburse back to vendor.

Outdoor Food Prep Booth - $180 fee
Located outdoor, shaded area with Fan. Vendor will get 2 Tables** & 2 Chairs, close proximity to washing sink. No cash transaction, all digital payment via City Sprouts assigned QR code that collects payment via DBS Max App. 100% sales revenue reimburse back to vendor. **Subject to availability of 2nd table.

This form serves as a registration of interest only. The FINAL vendors will be curated by City Sprouts to ensure merchandise assortment* varieties presented in the market and fit the theme. Only curated vendors will be contacted via email to make fee payment and to furnish further details.

City Sprouts seek to help underserved communities in micro-employment to help them gain experience and confidence. When such opportunity becomes available, will your stall be open to the idea of hiring x1 person from underserved community at minimum $50 salary as a part-timer to help at your stall during our event?

Notification on brand curation for the market
Only curated brands will be notified in an email from City Sprouts 6 weeks prior to event date (or sooner).
Further information & details about your brand
For curated brands, as part of the regulation within the Temporary Fair Licence, we require further details from you for City Sprouts submission to SFA. We would require your cooperation to fill another form in 5 working days when we send the email eventually to curated brands.

For curated brands, to roll out timely communication and marketing, we require further details from you such as your Logo, merchandise photo(s) and detail description about your brand/merchandise/promotion. We would require your cooperation to furnish the information in 5 working days when we send the email.

For curated brands that need access to electrical points to operate during the event, we require further details from you on photo and ampere of the appliance because electricity supply system has limited electrical power capacity to feed into subsidiary circuits. Only domestic household appliance is permitted and will be subject to City Sprouts approval after our careful deliberation on a case-by-case basis on its real needs. We would require your cooperation to furnish the information in 5 working days when we send the email.
Fee Payment
Only curated brands will be notified in an email from City Sprouts with a payment link. Payment must be made within 3 working days from the email date to confirm & officiate your participation as our curated vendor for the theme event.
