We'd like to know about how staff are hired, and what types of workers get hired. First up, does the business ask new staff to do an unpaid trial before they get taken on?
If yes, how many hours / shifts do you have to work for free? Is pay for the hours work kept as a deposit, or just straight-up unpaid?
