This form is to rsvp for the event at Minerva Banquet from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th.

We invite any high schoolers who would be interested in being paired with a Gem Advisers Big Brother/Big Sister mentor to attend this free event which will have food and lots of fun!

College students/young professionals interested in being future mentors are also encouraged to attend.
