WITH REGARD TO ORDERING:

– Please keep in mind that all items are pre-ordered unless stated otherwise.
– Ensure that you really want to (and can!) order from us before filling up this form. This includes having the patience to wait for your order, and being able to fully pay for it on or before the given deadline.
– Cancellations are not allowed and no refunds will be given.
– Cancellation fee will apply (Php 200).
– Bogus buyers will be posted in our social media accounts and banned from ordering from us.
– Kindly see to it that all details given in this form are updated and correct, as they will be our only means of contacting you.
– Your answers in this form will be held confidential and be used for the sole purpose of shipping your item to and contacting you, considering that you followed all of our other conditions.
– Once you have submitted this form, wait for us to send you an email about your order confirmation.
– For late payments, there will be a fee of 80 pesos each item per day.

WITH REGARD TO SHIPPING:

– Rest assured that the condition of your items will be checked before it is shipped to you.
– We will not be held liable for damages that may occur once your order is shipped. We post photos of items on our twitter before they are shipped out. Rest assured they are packed well-enough.
- For unclaimed items, we will only be keeping them for TWO WEEKS after the arrival of the box. Therefore, refunds or claiming of order after the deadline will not be permitted.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

– If you are ordering an album, posters/special photocards are only available for pre-order/first-press. If you order an album way past the release date, there are no more POBs for our album.
– Should you wish to request a product that is not on our price list, send us a message on Twitter and we’ll try as much as possible to include it in the future.

Yes it really takes months (3-4 months at most).

We ship by box per month and we usually have to fill up that box in that given time frame before it is shipped. After a month, it would take our consolidator to pack the items in our box to avoid damage when it comes to shipping and this would take a week or two depending on the volume my consolidator has to handle.

After this, it will be forwarded to the sea cargo company where they also fill up the container that they use to ship from Korea to the Philippines, this would also take a week or two depending on how fast the courier fills up their container.

After this the shipment usually takes a couple of weeks to arrive in the Manila port and then will be stored in the shipping company's warehouse until it is delivered to the ACE PH teams' houses.
