✦ TERMS OF SERVICES (please read thoroughly)
PAYMENT
- All transactions will be made via ko-fi/Paypal with an invoice. (Gcash can be used for locals who don't use Paypal)
- A baseline fee will have to be paid in advance.
- Extra charges may apply depending on complexity or how detailed the piece may be.
- NO REFUNDS

RULES
- Please provide references.
- Do NOT edit/ trace/ sell/ claim the finished piece.
- Please inform me of what the commissioned piece will be used for. ***Increase of charges will be applied for commercial uses.
- Commission progress will be streamed unless stated otherwise by the client .

WORKFLOW
- Average time required to complete a piece is around 1-2 months or more depending on how detailed and complex the commission is. Please also be reminded that I am still a student.
- Extra fees may apply if you were to set a specific deadline.
- I will start and send the sketch to you after receiving said payment. Requests of changes or adjustments to the art can be done here.
- Once the sketch has been approved, you will have to pay the rest of the fee for me to continue with the commission.
- I will provide wips/updates of the commission through DMS.
- Once a commissions is colored/rendered, only minor changes can be done. Major changes will have additional fees.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE
- 1.5x price: Promotional Material/Streaming Assets (Twitch, Youtube, Website, Vtuber Branding)
- 3x price: Game art/Merch (Printed Goods)/Book, Song, or Album Cover

RUSH ORDERS
*Order A (3 weeks deadline): x 1.5 price
*Order B (2 weeks deadline): x 1.8 price
*Order C (1 week deadline): x 2 price
*Order D (3 days deadline): x 2.5 price
- rush commissions will be place at the top of the queue
- if you need a commission by a certain date, please tell me and we can discuss the pricing

WILL DO:
- original character/fanart
- mild gore/blood
- kemonomimi

WILL NOT DO:
- furries
- mecha
- nsfw
- hateful content

Commission Details *
Describe how you want the commission piece to look like (ﾉ´ヮ`)ﾉ*: ･ﾟ Specify the pose, character details and an extra reactive of your liking. Please be specific as possible. If handing the artist the creative freedom, make sure to provide details about the character's personality, so I can make it as accurate to your desires as possible!

Links to any and all necessary reference material (this includes pose, clothes, anything you want to incorporate). Preferably in high-resolution so that there will be no problems in interpreting the character's design and colors.

Where should I contact you in regards to your commission request? This is so that we can discuss further about the commission piece. Put your preferred platform (Twitter, Discord, Instagram, etc.) and your username. Make sure that your messages are open and that there aren't any typos.
