This form is used to better understand what type of training your daughter is seeking. After reviewing the information you provide, we will be in touch to firm up the details and work out training times if there is availability based on information provided.
Please note that we are only able to accommodate a certain number of players wanting private/buddy sessions. When we are at capacity, this form will serve as a waitlist.
COVID-19: We adhere to all health guidelines regarding COVID-19. Policies and procedures can be found on our website.
WINTER note: All winter sessions are outdoors on the weekends only.
