ONLINE APPLICATIONThe first step is to submit this job application by Thursday, February 14 at 5PM. In addition, candidates will need to submit their resume to firstname.lastname@example.org or in-person to the Osceola Campus Career Center in Building 2, Room 125.
GROUP INTERVIEWSFrom the applications, up to 35 students will move on to the group interview phase on Friday, February 22 from 12:00PM-1:30PM. During group interviews, candidates will participate in group activities while being observed by the selection committee.
VIRUTAL INTERVIEWSAfter group interviews, only a select few will move on to a virtual interview. The Career Center has partnered with Valencia Human Resources to use the same virtual interview technology utilized in the real hiring process. Those selected for virtual interviews will have until Sunday, March 3 at 11:59PM to complete the online interview on their schedule.
IN-PERSON INTERVIEWSIn the last phase, just three candidates will move on to the individual, in-person interview with the selection committee on Friday, March 22.
CANDIDATE SELECTIONThe winner will be announced on Monday, March 25 at the Career Center's event, Job Fair Prepare. All candidates are invited to participate in the Job Fair Prepare.
CELEBRATORY LUNCHAll candidates are invited to join Dr. Plinske for a luncheon thrown to celebrate the winner on Friday, April 12 from 12PM-2PM.
In addition, the winner will receive: -$500 Valencia Foundation Scholarship for the Summer 2019 or Fall 2019 semester *pending eligibility -A letter of recommendation -A leather-style padfolio -An interview survival kit -A celebratory luncheon held in their honor
All candidates will receive feedback on their job application process, so that they will be better prepared for their real life job search in the future.
