The organiser of this raffle is Beko Europe S.r.l. (company on Via Varesina n. 204, 20156 (MI) Milano, Italia) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom (“Participants”) who have completed the The UK Consumer Service Network Dishwasher Usage Post-visit Survey 1. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
The raffle opens at September 22nd and closes at 22nd of November 2025, 23:59 CEST, inclusive (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
To enter the raffle, Participants must fully complete and submit the UK Consumer Service Network Dishwasher Usage Post-Visit Survey during the Entry Period. By submitting the survey, Participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Each individual may submit only one (1) entry. Multiple entries or entries submitted through automated means will be disqualified.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused.
A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a one-year worth of Fairy dishwashing tablets. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative goods or services.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a certified random number generator as soon as practicable after the end of the Entry Period.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the survey. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification, or if the provided contact details are invalid, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner, at no cost to the recipient. Delivery times may vary, and the Organiser is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery details submitted by the Participant.
Personal data submitted during the entry process will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the raffle, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
There is no right of appeal or legal recourse regarding the outcome of the raffle or the awarding of prizes.
The Organiser will publish or otherwise make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Organiser will send the surname of the prize winner to anyone who emails us on the details provided at the start of these Terms and Conditions. If you object to any or all of your surname and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Organiser using the details at the start of these Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind, or death resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of any prize.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Fraudulent or Inappropriate Conduct
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
