Welcome to the EVOLVE Girls Mentorship Program!
Thank you for your interest in joining our year-long leadership journey for girls ages 12–18.
Through monthly virtual leadership sessions, mentorship, community building, and personal growth activities, EVOLVE helps girls become confident, compassionate, and courageous global leaders.

The G.E.M. Leadership Model
The program is built around SEGEI's G.E.M. Leadership Model, a framework designed to nurture the whole girl before preparing her to influence the world around her.
G — Grow
Girls develop confidence, identity, emotional wellbeing, resilience, character, and purpose.
E — Empower
Girls build leadership, communication, financial literacy, digital citizenship, relationship, and career readiness skills.
M — Multiply
Girls apply what they have learned by serving others, mentoring peers, and leading positive change within their schools and communities.

Program Components
The year-long program includes:
•    Monthly virtual leadership sessions
•    Small-group mentor circles
•    One-on-one encouragement from volunteer mentors
•    Leadership journal and guided reflection activities
•    Guest speakers from diverse professions and countries

Each month of the program centers on a leadership theme, moving from personal identity through service, reflection, and graduation in June 2027, and culminating in July with the in-person EVOLVE Girls Summer Lab (optional).

The program cost is $200 for one year (~$20 per month). Payment plans are available. Once you are approved to participate, more details will be shared about payment method.
