AACS Student Skills Building - Virtual Conference (2020)
Please read this form carefully. It contains information about a skills building opportunity for students.

The "three minute thesis" is an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to present their work to a non-academic audience. This form is for those interested in participating in this activity, and it must be completed by August 1, 2020.

The three minute thesis requires students to prepare 3 minute presentations about their research/work (using 1 PowerPoint slide only to create a poster), imagining that they are presenting to key practitioners, industry leaders, policy makers, etc. about their topic. Students will be grouped thematically, and those who participate will be present their thesis in a group session, subsequently receiving feedback from group members as well as practitioners/experts in that thematic area.
