Pro Humanitate Institute Van Rental
The Pro Humanitate Institute 7-passenger Mini-Vans can be rented for purposes that are connected to the mission of PHI. These might include direct service in the Winston-Salem or surrounding community, service learning, or to attend events connected to the mission of PHI. There is no cost for renting the vans but they are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Vans may be driven by student, staff, or faculty drivers. They may not be driven by people who are not formally affiliated with Wake Forest University (including alumni and community partners). Student drivers must be van certified through Corporal Daniel Kiger of University Police. For out-of-state reservations, students must have a faculty or staff member accompany them. Please allow 48 hours to process your request. Once confirmed, van keys can be picked up between 8:30am-5pm., Monday-Friday. The vans are parked on campus in lot and the keys can be picked up at Kelly Larrimore's desk in office 107. Vans must be returned within the next business hour after the completion of the reservation to their original location. If they are reserved until after close of business on a weekday, vans and keys must be returned by 9:30 am the following business day. Please contact Shelley Sizemore @ gravessa@wfu.edu if you have questions or concerns about reserving the vans.

Any accidents that occur while driving the van must be reported to University Police immediately with both parties present. Moving or non-moving traffic violations must be reported to PHI immediately.
