UFFL is now acceptation Applications to be a Vendor for our 2025 National Flag Football Tournament being held from Jan 16th thru Jan 19th @ Northeast Regional Park. We are expecting about 400 Teams this year In order to be considered as a vendor, you must complete the Application below.

FOOD VENDORS - BASED ON CONVERSATIONS WITH THE PARKS, WE ARE MOVING TO BECOME 100% FOOD TRUCKS. VENDORS WITH FOOD TENTS ARE BEING PHASED OOUT, SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND IN ADVANCE THAT IF YOU HAVE A FOOD TENT YOU MAY NOT BE SELECTED GOING FORWARD.  

ALL VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN GENERATORS - ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ARE NOT PROVIDED!

 If you are approved to be a vendor, we will reach out to you and notify you of your approval. Once we notify you of your approval a $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION. 

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ELECTRICITY 

UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS WILL BE REMOVED BY DAVENPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT

The remaining balance will be due DECEMBER 6TH. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU CAN NOT AGREE TO THE PAYMENT TERMS LISTED. 

If your deposit is not submitted intime your application will be rejected, your spot will be offered to another applicant. You will be placed on the waitlist will have to start the process over again with no guarantee of available space

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority so we must our best to satisfy our customers   

WE WILL NOT HOLD A VENDOR SPACE FOR ANY VENDOR WHO HAS NOT PAID THE $250 DEPOSIT, therefore we suggest that you are ready to make payment when you complete your application.

Please Do Not call, text, or email requesting an extension or special favors. We will not be able to honor your request.

Selected Vendors will be contacted within 72 hours after the application process is closed to inform you if you have been APPROVED or WAITLISTED! 

UFFL Reserves the right to select any Vendor we believe best match and/or suit our needs.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND we will not be able to accept every vendor who applies as Vendor Space is limited.

UFFL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DENY ANY VENDOR APPLICATION BASED ON OUR NEEDS.

Note**If you are a food Vendor, we need your ENTIRE MENU. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ETC... LIST EVERY ITEM EXPECTED TO BE SOLD!  There is NO Promise of EXCLUSIVITY, but we will not oversaturate the event with THE SAME TYPE OF VENDOR

I understand that if I am a Food Vendor, there is a UFFL Staff consession that goes along with my contract.

Staff Meal Tickets – As part of the vendor agreement, each food vendor will provide UFFL Staff with meals during the event. This Process will be handled via Meal Ticket Vouchers. There are 2 Different Meal Tickets. A Snack Ticket with a value not to exceed $8 and a Meal Ticket with a value not to exceed $14. If the order totals more than the value of the ticker, then then ticket holder is responsible for paying the difference. No vendor is required tp accept more than 8 (EIGHT) vouchers per day.
