NFA Inclusive Football Festival Team Entry Form - 19th November 2022 @ Wellingborough OG Sports Field
NFA are delighted to announce the 1st of a series of Inclusion Football Festivals that will be held within the 2022/23 season. The Inclusion Festival series will be an opportunity for people with disabilities and/or impairments to participate in casual and competitive Pan-Football throughout the county. We welcome all abilities to participate and enjoy the fun, exciting and inclusive offer of Football. Each festival will offer a 5-a-side competition for Under 12’s, 16’s and open ages as well as fun activity stations, mascots and give aways (please note in special circumstances we will allow for players to change age groupings to be in the most developmentally appropriate groupings.) 

Date: 19th November 2022

Registration closing date: 12th November 2022

Registration opening: 12:30-12:50pm; Festival control desk beside playing fields (signages will be displayed from car park)

Matches commence: 1:00-4:00pm

Location: Wellingborough OG Sports Field, Sywell Rd, Wellingborough NN8 6BS

Competition: Under 12, Under 16 and Open age 5-a-side competition. Player ages as of 31st August 2022. 
20 minute games with 2x 10 minute halves. Up to 5 minute half time periods. Up to 7 players per team with a maximum of 2 substitutes. All players within a team must play within each match if able. Rolling subs allowed. 
The competition structure will be played in Round-Robin league tables with teams playing against each other once. 4 points per win, 2 points per draw, 1 point per loss. Otherwise standard 5-a-side rulings apply. Cost: £25/team to be paid at registration desk on event day via card payment. If alternative payment is needed please contact keegan.barstow@northamptonshirefa.com before the start of the event. 

Clothing: Non-metal studded/bladed boots for Grass usage. Sporting attire such as shorts, leggings, tracksuit bottoms etc. Any religious clothing or medical equipment also accepted. If your team does not have a Football kit, bibs will be provided. Changing rooms will be available on-site with a separate children's room.

Refreshments: Players/teams to bring own water bottles. Food truck will be available on-site beside car park. Soft drinks and snacks available at club house.

Parking: Parking is available on site. If possible please car pool or use mini-buses as spaces are limited. It is the responsibility of the team leaders to arrange drop offs and pick ups for any players within their teams.

Media: By completing this entry form, you agree for all your team's players, coaches, staff personnel and spectators to be photographed and/or filmed at the event for NFA marketing and promotional purposes. These materials may be utilised by NFA and/or 3rd party partner organisations. Any individuals that wish to photograph and/or film at the festival may do so once they've completed a Media Form which can be found at the festival control desk beside the playing fields. If any individuals would not like to be photographed and/or filmed, please report to the festival control desk at the start of the day and special arrangements will be made.
