Community Service opportunities are only for Riverhead Free Library cardholders only.

The Youth and Family Services department are looking for teens in grades 6-12 to participate in our monthly homebound bookmark program!

Decorate 5 bookmarks that will be sent home to our Homebound patrons to brighten their day. Complete the application below to receive project guidelines and set-up an appointment to receive your community service kit. Each kit contains 5 bookmarks. Earn up to 2 hours by completing 5 bookmarks.

Certificates acknowledging any credits earned will be emailed as a PDF document to the email address on file. Please allow up to one week after you hand in your project to receive a community service certificate.
