Meeting Room Rental Contract

Cancellation notification is required 10 days prior to each meeting. If notice is not given by that time, you will still be responsible for 50% of the fee.

All requests are pending until you receive a Meeting Room Reservation Confirmation email.
If you need multiple rooms, dates and/or times, contact the Director at mkcoiolek@clarklibrary.org.

In addition to meeting rooms for rent, the library also has study rooms available at no cost. Based on availability, study rooms may booked by library cardholders in person at the circulation desk or calling 732-388-5999. These rooms may be booked for up to ten hours per week.

Equipment Request/Many of the Library’s meeting rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, laptop, and DVD/VCR player. You must book a time with a staff member for help setting up prior to event.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: In consideration of the use of meeting space, we agree to pay for any damage to any property of the Township of Clark resulting directly or indirectly from the conduct of any member, officer, employee or agent of the group or anyone in attendance. We have read and agree to abide by the Clark Public Library’s policies governing the use of the Library’s Meeting Areas. We also agree to defend and hold harmless and indemnify the city/county and any of its employees or agents from any claims, suits, or other actions arising from, caused by, or which are the result of any alleged act or omission of any organization, corporation, guest, invitee, licensee, visitor or other person present on the Library premises for the purpose of participating in, organizing, assisting, enjoying, supervising or in any other pay furthering the activity to be held. The undersigned is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of this organization or business. By checking yes the organization agrees to the Hold Harmless Agreement and to the library's room and meeting space policies. *
