In addition to the rental fee, a custodial fee will be applied ($21/hr during normal working hours and $31.50/hr during non-working hours) to all rentals as well as taxes (7%) if appropriate.  *

If renting the auditorium, there is an additional fee of $30/hr for a lighting and sound person. You must use an approved LMS person for this, it cannot be an outside person.

In order to rent any facilities at Lincoln Middle School the renting person/company must provide an insurance certificate with $1,000,000 liability coverage as well as $100,000 property damage coverage. Additionally, by submitting this form, I understand that this is a request to rent the facility, not a guarantee or approval of use.
