THE RIDE AND PARKING IS FULL. This also means registration is full. If you fill out the form we can add you to the raffle list so please make a donation. Lunch is not included.
We hit the parking threshold capacity. If you can park offsite and be on time. Feel free to join us.
Here's the details.
- Alt Parking & Quick Warm-Up Option: If you want a quick spin before the ride, park at the Sterling Forest Visitor Center and pedal over—it’s about 5 minutes across Long Meadow Road with no real climb. If you haven’t been there, pop inside and thank the park staff for letting us build and ride such awesome trails. Show them how cool mountain bikers really are.
- Alt Parking and longer ride option: If you know the park, you can also start from Caretakers and add a few miles via Hutch → Augusta Mine → McKeags. Just save a little energy for lunch and raffles before riding back up the hill! nIf you chose this option, please be on time to Laurel Meadow Ponds. It can add 20-40 minutes to the ride depending on your pace.
- Trail Donations & Raffle Bonus: Thank you to those who already donated, it's super cool of you. We’ll be collecting donations for the trails during the event, but cell service is spotty at Laurel Meadow Ponds. Please consider making a donation before or after the event. To make things easy—and earn extra raffle tickets—donate now HERE or by using the link below. You’ll get one ticket per $25, plus one free ticket just for signing up.

- Skill Level: We will break up the ride into 3 groups. Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner. None of these groups will be doing a push ride but the groups represent the technical level and longevity of the rides. Note: The advanced terrain is pretty technical and strenuous. If you aren't sure of your level, be conservative. Every ride will be super fun and challenging regardless of the level. Please be prepared to get with your group when you arrive when we announce precise starting times.
- Start Time: Wheels down at 9:30 AM. Give yourself enough time to get sorted and ready to roll. We are meeting at Laurel Meadow Ponds Trailhead at 9:00 AM. With limited parking, it's best to arrive early, find a spot, and chill.
