From time to time, FWJML has openings for new Board members.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library is to promote and supplement the services, programs, and facilities of the library through various fundraising and volunteer activities.
The Friends Board of Directors holds its public meetings the second Thursday of the month at 6:30p.m., September through June, and convenes its Annual Meeting in March.  The meetings generally run for 1 hour.  The meetings are held at the Library; in some instances, meetings are held virtually.
As a Board Member, you would be expected to attend most of these meetings each year.

Prior to joining our Board, you should attend a minimum of one FWJML Board meeting to decide if you would enjoy working with us.
