The Global Policy Research Group is conducting a comprehensive global health ecosystem assessment to understand challenges, including talent bottlenecks and needs of organizations operating in the space.
Our current focus is developing a program that will identify and up-skill top talent from LMICs as well as matching them with global health policy organizations that need them the most.
Building on our initial program, we aim to develop a portfolio of targeted projects that address critical infrastructure and coordination gaps in global health, informed by the insights gathered from this survey.
This brief survey serves two purposes:
- Ecosystem Assessment: Your input, regardless of your organization's focus, is invaluable in shaping our strategy to address talent shortages across the global health spectrum.
- Partnership Exploration: We're gauging interest from organizations for potential partnerships in both current and future programs.
Next Steps:
- We'll follow up with a more comprehensive survey in about two weeks, tailored to your organization's context.
- For those interested in partnerships, we'll provide more information regarding what partnership entails, detailed timeline and next steps.
- We're open to scheduling online meetings for more in-depth discussions.
Your participation contributes to strengthening the global health workforce. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Thank you for your valuable input.
