The Mother of All Garage Sales is happening Saturday, August 1, 2026! The Northwest Neighborhood Association provides ALL advertising, posters, maps with descriptions of interesting items you are selling, instructions, yard signs, online garage sales link for smart phones, and... the list goes on and on!! PARTICPANTS MUST HAVE AN ADDRESS IN THE NORTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD (Legion to 19th, and Grand Ave to Broadway).

This is NWN's main fundraiser beyond dues and we appreciate your generosity to support our community!

Cost:
$30 Early Bird Sign Up Fee includes official Mother of All Garage Sale yard sign, a listing on the printed map, and a marker on the interactive online map. (The Fee Saturday, July 18 and later is $35 and gets you on the online map only and a yard sign while supplies last.)

Funds after garage sale expenses will help us with the installation of two new neighborhood signs - one at 19th and Colby Ave., and one at Legion Park. Our goal is to raise $8,000 this year. Donations/registration fees also help us pay for future neighborhood events like the Easter Egg Hunt, Drew Nielsen Park projects, a sign for the 48th parallel, website maintenance, neighborhood equipment storage, etc. We really appreciate your support!
