1) Team Name *
Get creative! The 2018 Sandcastle Classic theme was "Building Bridges", and some team names included: Bay Area Bridge Trolls, Cantilever Believers, and Sandspension. This year's theme is "Let's Play!" If you don't know your team name yet, that's ok! Just put TBD here and you can update your team name later on.

2) Partner Companies & Partner School Name *

3) Team Captain Contact Info *
You can equate the Team Captain role to a supervisor or project manager position. This year, we suggest identifying 1-2 people at EACH partner company on your team, rather than have a single team captain manage your team as a whole. Include the following info for EACH Team Captain on your team in a list below: First name, last name, email address, and name of the company they work for:

4) Partner School Contact Info
List the first name, last name, phone number and email address of two key representatives at your partner school. We recommend you identify the classroom teacher and principal as your two key liaisons. If you don't have a partner school yet or haven't identified these people yet, no problem, you can finalize this later on in the season.

6) Fundraising Goal *
What is your team's fundraising goal this year? This year, we're encouraging each team to set a goal of at least $10,000. Last year, the top fundraising team raised over $60,000! If your team has participated in Sandcastle before, we encourage you to look back on your fundraising goal for 2018, and aim a little higher this year. All teams must at least meet the minimum fundraising commitment of $4,000. If you'd like to modify your fundraising goal at any point during the season, you must notify Leap before making any changes.

7) Do you need help finding additional partner companies? *
8) If you chose yes, what type of companies are you interested in having on your team?
(e.g. contractors, architects, engineers, etc.)
Your answer
9) Do you need help finding a partner school? *
Each team must partner with at least one school, and most teams partner with 1-2 classrooms at a single school. Teams must work with students in grades 3rd, 4th or 5th.
10) Please review the terms of participation below: *
My team agrees to meet the minimum fundraising requirement of $4,000 in order to participate in the Sandcastle Classic. We understand if the $4,000 minimum is not met by October 26th, 2019, my team will pay the remaining difference to Leap. If my team does not meet the fundraising minimum of $4,000 or pay the difference by the end of the Sandcastle season, we understand it could affect our ability to participate in future Sandcastle Classics. My team also agrees to pay a $500 registration fee by check or online through our fundraising page as soon as we receive the url, which will count towards meeting our fundraising goal.
