JV Bowling Registration
Online athletic registration is fast and easy. In order to participate in tryouts you must:

1.  Be a registered student at Fordham Prep in good academic standing

2.  Have a current physical, good through the entire season, on file in the health office.
 

Coaches have access to viewing a list of students that are compliant with their physical exam status.  If a current physical exam is not on file in the health office, the athlete will not be able to tryout.  Physicals must be turned in to the health office prior to tryouts.

Parental Consent to Drive / Drive in Personal Vehicles - As Parent / Guardian I will allow my son to drive his personal vehicle or ride as a passenger in the personal vehicle of another member of the Fordham Prep Bowling Program to and from practices, conditioning sessions, meetings and/or games.  ONLY students with this electronically signed permission may ride in private vehicles when school authorized transportation is provided.  Please discuss your consent option with your son as the FP Coaching Staff cannot be held responsible for his actions.
