Note that each member of your team will have to complete and sign a participant agreement and acknowledgement form which can be found here:

A scanned copy of the completed form will be required with the submission of the team's entry for the first round of the competition.

Finalists who come to the Purdue facility will also be required to have comprehensive liability insurance as specified in the participant agreement and acknowledgement form.
