Photo And Essay Release:
Winners will be asked to submit a photo.
By submitting images and essay (the “Images”) to WCI, you hereby grant and consent to WCI’s use of, without any further authorization, of such Images and text in connection with WCI’s publicity, advertising, promotion, publication, and any other purposes, whether or not for profit, in any media or format chosen by WCI, including without limitation television, print, and internet. This grant and consent includes, but is not limited to, WCI’s use of Images and text on its website and social media outlets, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, blogs and other media outlets hereafter devised or created. You acknowledge and agree that Images and text used as described above may be edited, adapted, expanded, revised or modified at the sole discretion of WCI. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for WCI’s use of Images and text voluntarily submitted by you. You hereby agree to release WCI from, and covenant not to sue WCI for, any claim or cause of action, whether known or unknown, for defamation, misappropriation, invasion of right to privacy, appropriation of privacy, infringement of rights of publicity or personality, intrusion, false light or any other claim or cause of action (collectively “Claims”) based upon WCI’s use of the Images. You acknowledge the inherent risk that upon publication and/or use of Images and text by WCI, third parties may have access to Images and text, and you hereby release and hold WCI harmless for any liability from or responsibility for use of any Images or text by any third parties, including, but not limited to, any Claims based on such use.
