The Junction BIA - Possible Expansion
The Junction BIA is an association of commercial property owners and tenants that works in partnership with the City to create a thriving, competitive and innovative business area that attracts shoppers, diners, and tourists. After hearing from multiple business/property owners east and west of The Junction BIA, we are considering pursuing an expansion of the BIA boundaries once again, east to Annette St and west to Clendenan Ave.

We feel confident that a united Junction business community would strengthen the entire Junction, allowing us to beautify the east and west gateways and drive greater foot traffic into the neighbourhood. This expansion is already supported by BIA members. To complete an Expansion will require a considerable amount of time and resources, including multiple meetings, letters, and polls. The Junction BIA will only pursue expansion if it is what the businesses and property owners outside of the BIA want. If successful, you will become a member of The Junction BIA in 2023.
