It’s a part of something bigger than yourself. The enrollment process is easy. To become a Faith & Works Partner, please read over F&W Partnership PDF Form below, entirely. Then complete all questions and proceed to payment link for your partner fee for the current month. If you'd like to pay with a check. Please printout form, fill it out and mail in your check(s) made out to Faith & Works Ministries. Payment methods and options are available. Once you have filled out this online registration form, and paid your initial membership fee... in the upcoming weeks, your welcome letter and partnership card will arrive by US Mail.
