It is possible that unforeseen delays may occur in the transport and processing of swab specimens as well as in conveyance of results. We shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for costs, loss of income, revenue or profits, business interruption) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of our test services.

In the event that the results cannot be furnished within 4 hours of your departure due to lapses of service on our part, we will refund the full cost of the test. All travellers taking the Pre Departure COVID-19 PCR test, are responsible for checking your appointment and testing window is in line with your destination country’s guidelines and requirements.

In the event that an inconclusive test result is obtained, a repeat test will need to be conducted and is separately chargeable. Should this result affect your departure, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities.

Please ensure that the appointment indicated is within the required testing window of your destination country. The required testing window varies according to destination country and is calculated based on your flight timing. You should book your Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR test at least 2 days (e.g. for China) or 72 -96 hours prior to your flight (whichever is applicable based on requirements set out by your destination country).
