1. We would assign the roles to the volunteers prior to the event which includes booth setup (11 am to 3 pm) on July 16, Saturday and tear down and clean up (9.30 PM to 10.30 PM) on July 16, 2016. 2. We expect Volunteers to be present at the venue by 4.30 PM before the start of the event.
