2026 Halloween Windows Painter Registration
Register here to paint a window during the 2026 Little City Halloween Window Painting Festival sponsored by Falls Church Arts. 

Painting dates:  October 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2026 from 10am-1pm

We provide the windows and paint. Painters must bring their own paint containers (e.g. plastic cups), brushes, water, drop cloths, and stepladders.

Clean-up dates: Windows must be cleaned by end of the day Sunday, November 8, 2026. All painters MUST clean their own windows or they will not be allowed to paint the following year.

Window painting entails inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to strained muscles, injuries sustained from falling off a step stool, and exposure to chemicals. I understand that all painters who choose to participate in this event do so at their own risk. I acknowledge that it is painters' obligation to provide all equipment and supplies -- other than paint -- needed to participate in this event. I further agree, on behalf of all of the painters in my group, that neither Falls Church Arts nor its volunteer Halloween window painting event coordinators are liable for any injury that I, or any member of my group, may sustain by virtue of participating in this event.
