This application should be filled out by any organization interested in exhibiting or sponsoring at the 2026 IDAA Annual Meeting being held in Chicago at theĀ Marriott Downtown from July 8-12.

-This form does not guarantee an exhibitor spot, all applications are subject to review.
-Applicants will be notified via email of acceptance/invoiced within 15 days of submission.
-Questions should be emailed to executive@IDAA.org
-Anonymity is a top priority of IDAA, exhibitors will NOT receive any information regarding conference registrants.
-A limited number of charitable nonprofit rates are available, please submit this form for consideration.
