Freaky Day: A Google Form Choose Your Own Adventure Story

Do you remember those Choose Your Own Adventure books (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choose_Your_Own_Adventure) from the 80s and 90s? I used to love reading them at school, and recently I have been wondering if students could write their own using a Google Drive Form. This is a proof-of-concept for this idea...sorry if my creative writing is not amazingly griping.

    The Beginning

    The school day started like any other. Breakfast, bus, registration and a quick stop at my locker. It only really began to get weird when I looked around and noticed that school seemed to be empty of other students. I must have lost track of time sorting out my locker, and everyone else was already in class. Running quickly down the hall, up the stairs and across the bridge to C block, I hoped I could still beat my teacher to class. Stopping outside the door to C108 to get my breath back, all seemed normal, but the room was quiet, which meant the teacher was already their. Opening the door, I was shocked to see not my normal classroom, but a small anteroom with two doors leading off it. Surely I was losing my mind. Even weirder was the wizened gnome standing between the doors, asking me which door I wanted to go through. It seems I had three choices:
