Registration: Mindful Meditation with Art (spring 2026, virtual)
The Allen Memorial Art Museum presents Mindful Meditation with art. Focusing on a work from the Allen's collection, Libni López, local clinical therapist with Authentically You Therapy, will lead sessions of intentional mindfulness followed by a discussion facilitated by Ellis Lane, Curatorial Assistant in the Education Department.

The sessions are free, open to anyone, and do not require any prior experience.
