You may sign up as a free agent if you do not have a team. You will be placed on a team.

Eligibility
This competitive league is open to athletes ages 18+ who are out of high school or older.
Before competition, every member on the team must complete the TSAC liability waiver provided by the coach or league coordinator. (First day of play)
Play of team is not available until full payment and registration of complete roster and waivers have been received.
Every member must abide by good sportsmanship and conduct during play.

Schedule
Teams will be scheduled for weekly play for 6 weeks. League will be conducted in a tournament fashion. The first four weeks will be pool play. The last 2 weeks of play will be tournament style.
Play will be conducted on Sundays beginning at 1:00 pm and each hour after. Time could be altered depending on teams.
Play will consist of 2-20 minute halves. 5 minute warm up and a 2 1/2 minute half time. Each half allows 1 timeout a half. If you do not use a timeout in the first half it will roll over.

All Star Game and 3 point contest will be conducted on All Star Weekend, week after the last tournament play week. All Star Game participants will be voted on by Team Captains and League Coordinators. 3 Point Contest will a total of 8 players. Qualified participants are only welcome. Qualifying days will be the last weekend of the league.

Standards & Expectations
Referee will be present at all games
A scorekeeper will be available and scoreboard will be used.
Team Captains will be responsible for overseeing team communication (no foul language) & conduct.
At any time if conduct is not considered appropriate individuals can be asked to leave.
Standard high school basketball rules apply.

REGISTRATION

MUST be done online at www.tristateathleticclub.com or Team Registration Form turned into front desk or Basketball Office, only. For complete registration your FULL roster of first and last names with phone numbers must be submitted.This is to relay information not only to the captain but all participants. Alternatives need to be listed. Only names on the registration roster may participate.Team Captain’s full name and phone number must be included. Registration must be submitted no later than Tuesday, January 3.

PAYMENT

*Payment needs to be made before TUESDAY, January 3rd. No late payments.

The option of individual pay and full payment for the team will be available. Members receive a 15% discount for play. Discount applies only to the member. If full payment is made it is based on a roster of 8 non-paying members. Corporate sponsors are welcome and will pay the option of the full payment. Payment assures eligibility for play. Payments can be called in or paid at the front desk at any time prior to the start of the first day of play.

Alternatives who are listed on roster will be charged a $10 fee for the day of play. Alternates payment must be made at the front desk and must present a receipt to the scorer’s bench for proof of eligibility.

RULES/ORGANIZATION

At the beginning of the league all will be required to sign the Rules of Conduct for play. At the beginning of each day of play, captains will complete the scorebook roster. Only registered and eligible names on the roster will be allowed to play. If alternatives that are listed for that day play, a receipt of payment must be provided to be allowed to participate. If teams play with non-registered players the game will be forfeited for that day.
